A lovely collection and the selection of dies that I had to work with were a joy to work with. Due to illness, I didn't have long to work with them but this is what I had and made.
Enchanted Book, 3D Castle, Hourglass, Take a bite (apple), Having a fling (mice), Stepping out, cardstock to match the collection.
Using the 3D castle die and flowers from the book die to make a princess party invitation. I simply love the turrets of this castle.
Using the little mice characters from the Having a fling die and the Enchanted Book die, I decided to make a seed diary. I thought it would be a nice gift for a friend who liked gardening. So I had a look at all the seeds that I had collected in various labelled paper envelopes in my tupperware box from last summer so see what I could pop in.
I found some lovely free downloads online for seed packets and this one had a little note to go with it that I thought was adorable from another blogger by the name of Shoregirl's Creations.
I thought you could make a note of when you planted them etc. There are lots of free downloads on Pinterest for seed packs if you wish to diversify.I have just made 4 simple pockets for this book but it would easily fit more along with a lot more varied detail. I have just decorated the front of each with a nature theme to fit the use.
Or for a special young mans birthday card, this little house mouse from the Stepping out die and the Enchanted Book die transformed into an ideal card for him I think.
For the Take a bite apple die, I also made it into a little notepad.
Just using the outer frame and spine of the book card combined with the Hourglass dies
Used with the Tattered Lace Portofino square lace die.
A rocker card just seemed quite apt for these Having a fling mice accompanied by the delicate flowers from the Enchanted Book die. The die has been placed onto an acetate panel with one of the picturesque backing papers from My Craft Studio.
And finally my model fairy castle. using the 3D Castle die. I wanted to see if it was actually possible to build a reasonable looking castle from this die as I am not sure that is what it was intended for.
So what do you think? ...........
I will certainly look forward to using certain dies from this collection a lot more in the future. I love anything to do with mystic enchantment.
The charisma papers to match the dies shown can be downloaded for free directly from the Tattered Lace Website.
